Dr. Treat's Membership cancellation policy
All our membership plans are for twelve (12) months. As a member, you must pay for your membership using a credit card that may be stored on file. By signing up for the membership, you agree that once you purchase a membership plan, you will be charged for the cost of the membership upfront.
If, for some reason, you decide not to continue your membership with Dr. Treat after your first visit, you will be charged $85 for the cost of your vet or tech appointment and refunded the remainder of your membership payment. If you decide to cancel your membership after your second appointment, whether it is done in-clinic or through phone or the virtual care platform, you will not be entitled to receive any refund towards your membership for that membership year. You may cancel any recurring charges going forward after you have communicated to us and taken appropriate action that you would like to cancel your membership.
