We take our doctor’s time very seriously, and to ensure our calendar is not abruptly changing, we do charge a deposit for specific procedures.
This deposit will go towards the total cost of your animal's procedure. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment time you will lose your deposit.
A $200 deposit is required to be taken for the following procedures:
- Radiology (x-rays and ultrasound)
A $300 deposit is required to be taken for the following procedures:
- All in-house surgical procedures
- Dental COHAT (assessment and clean) procedures
- All staged dental extraction procedures
A $500 deposit is required to be taken for the following procedures:
- All specialist ultrasound procedures (visiting specialist performs procedure)
A $3000 deposit is required to be taken for the following procedures:
- All specialty surgery and mobile procedures (visiting specialist performs procedure)
